Judging by this new trailer for MLB 12 The Show, CC Sabathia is the pitcher you want to pick in an exhibition game against friends. He’s picking runners off 1st with ease, fielding grounders like Greg Maddux, and striking out players like Evan Longoria and Miguel Cabrera without effort. Now I’m not taking anything away from the five time All-Star and 2007 AL Cy Young Award Winner, but come on… Cabrera hit .667 against him last year and Longoria .364 with 2 home runs and 1 strike out in 11 at bats. You’re not fooling me San Diego Studios!…. Sorry, baseball season is just so close I guess I’m getting back in the spirit of hating everything and everyone again. Oh well, I’ll just do what every asshole does and pick Tim Wakefield as my starting pitcher. Knuckball here I come!
